Portal access included per device

Every EXPO device includes portal access for up to 2 Administrators, 5 Staff accounts and 20 Parent accounts.

Before you start

Check these first.

  • Use the invited Google account
  • Confirm the school and classroom assignment
  • Do not share private invitation links

Step-by-step

    Check

    Multiply each included allowance by the number of purchased EXPO devices linked to the school.

  2. 02

    Confirm

    Treat portal access as included; do not add a separate portal-access charge within the allowance.

  3. 03

    Verify

    Keep annual platform maintenance separate at ₹199 per EXPO-Mini or ₹399 per EXPO-Mini Pro, per device and per year.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Contact Classpere for expanded access when the school needs more users; no automatic overage price is published.
