Portal access included with every EXPO device — supporting up to 2 Administrators, 4 Staff accounts and 20 Parent accounts per device/class. There is no separate portal-access charge within these limits.
10 devices: up to 20 Administrators, 40 Staff and 200 Parents. Existing accounts are retained; new access is checked against the allowance.
Annual platform maintenance: ₹199 per EXPO-Mini / year; ₹399 per EXPO-Mini Pro / year.

Standard access remains included with each purchased device. Classpere+ is not a replacement for annual platform maintenance, the manufacturer warranty, Classpere Care, X3/X5 or PoE deployment. Extra accounts require an agreed scope and authorised provisioning; requesting information does not purchase an entitlement. Existing accounts are not automatically deleted or disabled.
