Access, trial and service
Every eligible newly activated Classpere device includes one month of Classpere App access. After that included month, access is ₹1,799 per connected device per year.
The Classpere App is planned to support role-aware Administrator, Staff and Parent experiences where enabled. Availability and final access terms will be confirmed for pilots and production.
Optional annual device service is available when requested at ₹500 per device per year. It is separate from the Classpere App subscription and from the one-year standard warranty.

1-year warranty
Classpere products include a one-year standard warranty covering eligible product and component defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
Damage & replacement
Accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, physical damage, improper installation and other customer or user-caused damage after delivery are not covered by the standard warranty. Repair or replacement in these cases may be chargeable.
Ongoing servicing
Servicing remains available after the one-year standard warranty period. Repairs, replacement components or device replacement may be chargeable depending on the confirmed issue.

What does Mini cost?
₹18,199 indicative / device · screenless. The Classpere App is ₹1,799 per connected device / year after the first included month. Optional annual device service is ₹500 per device when requested. What is the Pro price?
EXPO-Mini Pro remains in final development. Final pricing and deployment specifications will be disclosed after validation.
How do the models differ?
EXPO-Mini is the current screenless prototype with Wi-Fi. Pro remains in final development with planned Ethernet, Modbus, API, storage and multiple interface options. Final Pro specifications will be disclosed after validation.
What do VOC and NOx mean here?
VOC and NOx indices are derived environmental signals, not individual gas concentrations. NOx dashboard integration is not verified. Commissioning establishes which channels and units your deployment supports.
Does it work without internet?
Core local sensing and applicable local status functions can continue through temporary internet loss. Remote updates and cloud history need synchronized data.
How many users are included?
The Classpere App is planned to support role-aware Administrator, Staff and Parent experiences where enabled. Availability and final access terms will be confirmed for pilots and production.
Can we expand access?
Expanded school access and future software options will be confirmed in writing. No unlimited access or automatic overage is promised.
What does the warranty include?
Classpere products include a one-year standard warranty covering eligible product and component defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms. Is scheduled servicing calibration?
Scheduled verification/service checks device operation and applicable software or firmware health. It is not calibration unless calibration is actually performed, does not extend the warranty and is not an indefinite accuracy guarantee.
What is optional PoE?
Classpere PoE Deployment is an optional, separately quoted deployment option for EXPO-Mini Pro, not a third monitoring device. Usually considered around 5+ units. Scope depends on unit count, powered switch ports, injectors, cabling, power budget and site readiness. It is not included in the Pro device price. EXPO-Mini PoE: Not applicable.
When can devices be delivered?
Production and wider deployment are planned after school interest and pilot demand have been validated. No production inventory, delivery date or pilot place is promised by an EOI.
Does monitoring replace a safety alarm?
EXPO products provide supplementary environmental monitoring and alerts and are not replacements for certified building fire, carbon-monoxide or gas safety systems. Classroom noise is numerical information; speech is not recorded.
