Servicing remains available after the warranty period, with repair or replacement charges based on the confirmed issue.

Damage & replacement
Accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, physical damage, improper installation and other customer or user-caused damage after delivery are not covered by the standard warranty. Repair or replacement in these cases may be chargeable.
Ongoing servicing
Servicing remains available after the one-year standard warranty period. Repairs, replacement components or device replacement may be chargeable depending on the confirmed issue.

Access, trial and service
Every eligible newly activated Classpere device includes one month of Classpere App access. After that included month, access is ₹1,799 per connected device per year.
The Classpere App is planned to support role-aware Administrator, Staff and Parent experiences where enabled. Availability and final access terms will be confirmed for pilots and production.
Optional annual device service is available when requested at ₹500 per device per year. It is separate from the Classpere App subscription and from the one-year standard warranty.
