Warranty covers qualifying failures under the applicable terms. Service and verification are periodic operational checks; they do not automatically extend the warranty.
Standard coverage
6-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Included with EXPO-Mini and EXPO-Mini Pro, subject to the written warranty terms supplied with the deployment.
Not standard warranty
Physical, accidental or handling-related damage is excluded, including impact-related screen or display damage caused through handling.
Six-month device verification
Approximately every six months, applicable installed sensors are checked to verify that they are detected, communicating and responding as expected. This is not called calibration unless calibration is performed.
