Step-by-step

    Portal access included with every EXPO device — supporting up to 2 Administrators, 4 Staff accounts and 20 Parent accounts per device/class. There is no separate portal-access charge within these limits.

    Confirm

    Keep annual platform maintenance and optional service plans separate.

  3. 03

    Verify

    Request written terms before ordering expanded access. No accounts are automatically removed or unlimited access granted.

What success looks like

The school can request an agreed expanded-access scope.
